Amador County Engagement Session

Posted on February 10, 2018February 10, 2018

We had a blast with Linda & John during their Amador County Engagement Session.

We started with some dramatically lit studio shots (had to showcase those tattoo’s!) then it was off to a beautiful iron bridge over the Mokelumne River.

Linda was a champ braving the colder weather throughout the entire shoot.  She was able to shoulder a coat for  some moments but there were some extended shoot sessions.  She was awesome!

John is a rock climber and as luck would have it there was a huge rock wall to climb right near the bridge.  I was amazed how fast he free climbed  up the rock face.

From the bridge we traveled to the Mother Lode town of Amador City to capture some artful shots around old buildings and the creek.  It’s nice there because there is minimal traffic and you can take your time and have fun.

Last stop SUNSET! There are some great roads off Highway 49 that offer amazing sunset views and have almost no traffic.  We we’re lucky to have some vibrant colors this day.

How beautifully intimate are these! Love this engagement session photos. The last few with the setting sun in the background are just stunning 🙂
